Great snack 1-2 HOURS before your workout
Ingredients
- 40 g Tri Blend Select Banana
- 4 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. honey
- 250 mL water
- 3-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
